I can confirm every single thing thepixelizer wrote in both of his replies.
(I'm not sure how much I've been active on NG exactly, as I took some long breaks, but if I convert my Exp Points into days, my time on the platform is almost 4 years.)
As I said in your other post: Read the guidelines and you will not be so surprised why all those things happen to your uploads/reuploads.
And maybe look up a few tutorials. There's a vast treasure trove of information 'on Newgrounds alone' that even I can understand - without ever having touched any specialized software.
